AUDIENCE: The audience consists primarily of architects, lighting designers, engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, retailers and other end users of lighting products
NON-‐COMMERCIAL POLICY: LEDucation is a non-profit educational event and expo and strives to provide a unique forum for professionals to discuss and exchange ideas free from commercial content. To maintain the educational integrity of the LEDucation educational program, presenters are prohibited from using this opportunity as a platform for promotion of their products and services. A pledge to this effect is included on the speaker agreement you will be provided with your presentation notification.
Educational Tracks Suggestions -
1. Presenters submit extended abstracts. by October 17th.
2. Presenters will be informed of the paper acceptance: November 2014
3. Presenters to provide complete outline and 5 bullet points for AIA submission of approved subject for review to committee by December 15, 2014
4. Presenters prepare final presentation in PPT template provided and submit by no later than February 1, 2015
NOTE:Conference Proceedings: the conference proceedings will be video-taped and PPT materials published online following the event.
Please note that each submission will be reviewed by the LEDucation Speakers committee. The submitter of each abstract or panel discussion proposal will receive written notification as to the final status of their submission by November 2014.
By submitting this presentation for consideration. you agree to meet the deadlines for deliverables as listed above. Those not meeting these requirements will be replaced. The final presentation(s) will be posted online following the event for general viewing.
